Please click on the Background Authorization form and/or the Renters Information Sheet to print.

 

• A backgroud check is completed on each renter and the cost is $30.00 per person plus any additional

• fees charged by the county/counties of previous residence per person  (See form below)

• Please send a check along with the Background check form  made payable to Strawberry Square Inc. to 4401 Promenade Blvd., Plant City FL 33563 

• New renters will need to complete both forms to be turned into the office for board approval.

• Previous renters only need to complete the Renters Information Sheet to be turned into the office for board approval.
